Inspired by the blackface greats, the Hathway 22 sings with tight, beautiful shimmering cleans and great mild growl. This amplifier produces 22 watts using two 6V6s (fixed biased), a 5AR4 rectifier, and two 12AX7s. Controls include Volume, Treble and Bass. The amplifier produces clean tones with glassy top end, full low end that doesn't flab out, and a pleasantly recessed midrange that is just right. When pushed into overdrive, the Hathaway takes on a growly but smooth texture that is very responsive to guitar volume adjustments, and pick attack. Available in 2x10" combo and head formats.
