The Relic Drive is a 4558 chip driven overdrive. It's the Greer twist on the Screamers that are so loved, without the focused mid hump, but still retains a tiny bit that Screamer tone many of the clones lose. From sweet light overdrive, to stinging blues tones and some aggressive gain, this bad boy gets you right into the sweet spot. Sounds better than that abused old friend from the first note. |

Thanks to Anthony Steele for the below samples. These samples were done with a Vox AC-30 set for slight grit in some clips and clean in others. The Relic Drive used is the standard RD-2 circuit, and various settings were used.
