As we are a small, mom and pops company, we can not accept returns or cancel orders on items sold through our online store. If you have any questions about our products, please do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before purchasing. Also, check with our Dealer Network, as their policies differ from ours.
Lead times are approximate. Each of the pedals that we build is built to order. We do our best to meet lead times that are quoted on the website. Sometimes, circumstances of life push things back. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us using the form on our contact page of this website! Thanks for your support and understanding!
Greer Amps ships pedals as soon as the order is complete, and ready to go. In the instance that our inventory control system is wrong, and a pedal is backordered, we will fulfill the rest of the order, and contact the purchaser in regards to the backordered item.
Greer Amps utilizes both USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground for shipping within the US, our shipping prices are based on these services, and the weight of the products that are purchased. If you'd like to have your product shipped overnight Express mail or FedEx Express overnight, please contact us via email or phone, after you place your order, and we can discuss the added rates, and how payment can be made for these services. Please do remember to check the lead times of our products--they are posted on the product pages.
Greer Amps utilizes USPS first class mail for all international shipments. We mark and insure every package for the retail value of all contents--please do not ask us to do any different, as we will not do so.
